Minimal-Strap Studio Bra
Developed for a previous custom activewear client, this project began with a request for a clean, low-impact studio bra with a minimal visual profile. Our design team refined the front and back proportions, strap width, neckline, cup structure, fabric direction, sewing construction, and graded measurements before completing the sample-ready technical package.
Cropped Full-Zip Training Jacket
This previous outerwear project was developed for a client seeking a fitted cropped jacket with a refined athletic silhouette. We completed the front and back design, stand collar proportions, zipper positioning, waist shaping, panel construction, fabric recommendations, measurement chart, and graded sizing for sample development and production review.
Foldover-Waist Studio Shorts
For this previous client project, the design brief focused on a compact studio short with an adjustable foldover waistband. Our team developed the waistband depth, front and back rise, leg opening, gusset construction, seam placement, stretch requirements, measurement tables, graded sizing, and production notes before the first sample was prepared.
Racerback Training Tank
This previous top-development project was created for a client requiring a fitted racerback tank with integrated bust support. Our design work covered the neckline, armhole shape, racerback proportions, internal cup structure, body shaping, material recommendations, construction details, measurement specifications, and graded sizing for the first sample.

01 What information do I need to provide before starting a design project?
You can begin with sketches, reference photos, mood boards, existing samples or even a general product idea. Information about your target customer, preferred fit, price positioning, materials, colors and launch plan will help our design team understand your brand direction more accurately.
02 Can you develop activewear from only a sketch or reference image?
Ja. Our team can translate early concepts, hand-drawn sketches, reference garments or inspiration images into a structured product design. We help define the silhouette, construction, measurements, fabric direction, functional details and manufacturing requirements.
03 What is included in your activewear design and development service?
Depending on your project, our support may include design direction, style sketches, technical drawings, measurement specifications, construction details, fabric recommendations, color planning, trim selection, artwork placement, pattern development and sample preparation.
04 Can you create technical packs for production?
Ja. We can prepare production-oriented technical documentation covering garment measurements, construction methods, seam placement, artwork positioning, versieringen, etiketten, fabrics and other important manufacturing details required for sampling and production.
05 Do you help with fabric, color and trim selection?
Ja. Based on the intended use, product positioning and target market, we can recommend suitable fabric weights, compositions, stretch levels, finishes, colors, elastics, zippers, etiketten, packaging and decorative techniques.
06 How long does the design and sample development process take?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the style, material availability and number of products. Initial design and technical development commonly takes around 5–10 working days, while the first physical sample usually requires approximately 10–20 working days after the design details are confirmed.
A more accurate schedule will be provided after we review your project requirements.
07 Can the design or sample be revised after the first version?
Ja. Sample development is a collaborative process. After reviewing the first prototype, you can provide feedback about fit, measurements, stof, kleur, construction or visual details. Our team will document the requested adjustments and prepare the next development step.
08 Do you support low-MOQ activewear development?
Ja. We support growing brands, independent designers and new activewear projects that need flexible development and production. MOQ depends on the product style, stof, color and customization requirements. Contact us with your product information for a project-specific recommendation.
09 Can you manage both product development and bulk manufacturing?

Ja. We treat client designs, technical documents, product concepts and commercial information as confidential project materials. Client names and private project details are not publicly disclosed without authorization.
